The event experience

See a night run.

Guests sign up on their phones, your team works the queue, and everyone gets a text when it's their turn. The next day, you have the numbers.

  1. Guests sign up on their phones

A QR at the station. They pick a design, keep their place and enjoy the party.

We connect screens, kiosks and tablets, custom branded for your event.

  2. Your team works the queue

The talent, a manager, whoever's on the door: who's in the chair, who's next, and one tap to call the next guest.

  3. Everyone gets a text when it's their turn

A heads-up when they're nearly up, and another when the talent is ready.

  4. The next day, you have the numbers

Who signed up, who was served, the pace and the favourites, on one page for the brand.

Our example: a tattoo night

One guest, one tattoo, start to finish.

Texts go out from your own texting number once it's set up, and only to guests who say yes. Tattoos are our example. Any talent with a line works the same way: a barber's chair, a nail bar, a portrait artist.

Try it

Now join the line from your phone.

Your name lands here Waiting for your phone

Your first name stays on the demo night's waitlist until the demo resets overnight. It never asks for your number, and nothing is texted. On a real night the guest page also takes the waiver and a number for the texts.

For the coordinator

The morning after.

When the night ends, every guest who said yes to texts gets a thank-you. By morning there's one page for the brand: who came, what they picked, how fast the line moved.

Sample The recap, the next morning
  1. The waitlist closes

Last call. Anyone still waiting comes off the list, and nobody new can sign up.

  2. The thank-yous go out

A text to every guest who said yes to texts, with a line on looking after their tattoo.

  3. The report is ready

The numbers, the favourite, the pace and the crew, on one page.

  4. Off to the brand

One link to send. It reads like a page, not a spreadsheet.

Sample The brand's report, as it opens on a phone

The report

One page with the night's numbers, ready the next day to read and send to the brand. That's the real report page, filled in with a made-up night.

  • The crowd favourite, and every design ranked
  • The big number, and how fast the line moved
  • What you promised the brand, kept

A real night

The Jameson Bartender's Ball.

Jameson brought its Bartender's Ball to 99 Scott in Brooklyn on October 26. Inside, Fun City Tattoo set up a flash room, and Pruma ran the waitlist.

Guests scanned the QR, picked one of the night's eight flash designs and went back to the party until the station called them up. They kept their place without standing in a line.

By the end of the night, 78 guests had been tattooed, and 27 of them chose Sine Metu, Jameson's own motto.
